When you need a calm, sweet moment in your day try this rooibos and dried Cling infusion – guaranteed to make the day seem peachier.

Place 2 sliced Cecilia’s Farm Peeled Cling Peaches, 15 ml loose-leaf Rooibos tea and 4 crushed cardamom pods in a jug or tea pot. Pour 500 ml boiling water over and allow to stand for a few minutes. Enjoy as a hot tea with lemon verbena or mint leaves or allow to cool and add ice for a refreshing iced tea.
